Veterans’ Preference
In accordance with Chapter 295 of the Florida Statutes, applicants wishing to claim Veterans’ Preference in employment must complete the Veteran’s Preference Application Form and submit it as an attachment to their employment application, along with the required documentation by the application deadline date.

- Fill out the application form using Adobe Reader.
- After the application is completed, click the “Click Here to Send Completed Application by Email” button at the bottom of the form. If applicants have an email client, clicking this button will attach a saved copy to an email. In addition to the application, also attach a resume to this email.
